We started celebrating AZI FAMILY DAY from the year 2000. Since then, every programme has surprised all of us with the talent
that exists within the staff and their families in music, song and dance.
Cultural events have always been a priority within Azimuth. The feeling of fun, togetherness and excitement that permeates such an event ensures total participation.
It is a celebration of fun. We do not plan it as a team building exercise; however, a programme of such a nature cannot succeed without extraordinary teamwork.
More importantly, it enables visibility and expression of talents that would otherwise go unnoticed with the pressures of work requirements. Fostering a healthy work-life balance, events like THE AZI FAMILY DAY help the employees relax, while also nurturing their creativity and teamwork.
